Vodacom appoints Leila Fourie as alternate director and committee member

Vodacom Group appointed Leila Fourie as an alternate director to chairman Saki Macozoma effective 9 October, serving until his retirement on 20 July 2027 before moving to full board membership. Fourie will also join the nomination and remuneration committees. The board reports completion of a JSE fit-and-proper assessment with no integrity concerns. Shuenyane will become chairman on 21 July 2027, and Phuthi Mahanyele-Dabengwa retires from the board on 8 October.
