Vivakor estimates its wholly owned subsidiary Vivakor Supply & Trading, LLC will generate about $270 million of unaudited Supply & Trading revenue for the three months ending September 30, 2026. The preliminary estimate is based on current contracted programs, expected volumes, and commodity pricing assumptions, and follows about $40 million in revenue during the first six months of 2026.
