VGP publishes monthly, under Article 15 of the Law on major shareholding disclosures, the total share capital, number of voting securities, and total voting rights at the end of each month where figures change, to define the denominator for shareholder notifications. Fully paid-up registered shares held by the same shareholder for at least two consecutive years grant double voting rights under the articles and Code.
