Verizon will deploy Google Cloud’s full-stack AI, including Gemini Enterprise, to modernize enterprise data and scale AI across the organization. Gemini Enterprise will power customer experience by supporting most inbound calls and chats and improving automated resolution rates. Verizon will also use Google Cloud to predict network anomalies, automate marketing content and campaign orchestration, and strengthen cloud security with advanced threat detection and proactive risk governance.
