Verizon and Corning announced a multi-year, multi-billion dollar supply agreement to provide 80+ million miles of high-density optical fiber and connectivity solutions from 2027 to 2032. The deal is intended to support nationwide broadband expansion and build a long-haul backbone for next-generation AI compute needs, including ultra-dense cable deployment across key corridors.
