Vera Therapeutics’ Compensation Committee granted inducement equity awards under its 2024 Inducement Plan on August 3 and August 4, 2026. Dr Bowman received options for 63,011 Class A shares and RSUs for 44,987 shares, while two other new employees received options for 5,600 shares and RSUs for 2,800 shares. Awards vest over four years, with 25% vesting on the first anniversary.
