Venture Global Misses Quarterly Estimates on Lower LNG Prices and Higher Costs
Venture Global posted second-quarter revenue of $4.58 billion, up 48% but below estimates of $4.66 billion, and adjusted core profit that also missed expectations as lower LNG prices at Calcasieu Pass and higher operating and borrowing costs offset stronger volumes from Plaquemines. The company raised its 2026 profit forecast for a second straight quarter and increased fixed liquefaction fees for remaining 2026 cargoes amid stronger U.S. LNG demand.
