Vale Base Metals says phase one of a two-phase revitalization at the Clarabelle Mill in Sudbury is complete. The Copper Cliff Complex mill now is positioned to process about 6 million tonnes of ore in 2026, up from roughly 4.5 million tonnes a few years ago, while phase two is expected to lift capacity to 7 million tonnes in 2028 after major infrastructure upgrades and bottleneck removals.
