Vale and ABB signed a strategic partnership to accelerate digital transformation at Brazil iron ore processing plants, scaling automation, AI, electrification and integrated IT/OT. Trials at the Conceição II facility enabled predictive fault detection, reducing unplanned downtime and manual work in hazardous areas.
