UST has completed its purchase of a majority stake in Italdesign from Audi Group, part of Volkswagen. Signed in December 2025, the deal gives UST majority control and operational oversight, with plans to support Italdesign’s growth across UST’s 30+ country footprint. Lamborghini retains a significant stake within Audi Group, and Italdesign employs 1,300+ people across ten sites.
