UNO Minda, a Gurugram-based auto components maker, reported Q1FY27 revenue of ₹5,557 crore and profit after tax of ₹296 crore, up 26% and 24% year on year. The board approved unaudited results on Aug 04, 2026 and outlined a ₹320 crore greenfield entry into passenger vehicle seating. At the AGM, shareholders approved a capital raise of up to ₹2,500 crore and a final dividend of ₹1.75 per share.
