Universal Health Services completed its acquisition of Talkspace, adding a virtual care platform to UHS’s network of affiliated behavioral health facilities, acute care hospitals, and outpatient locations. The combined model links virtual counseling and psychiatry with outpatient programs and inpatient crisis and specialty treatment, with Talkspace’s licensed provider network serving patients across all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico.
