Uniper’s HR team is using Celonis’ Context Model to support agentic AI tools in Microsoft Copilot Studio, aimed at improving recruiting and hiring processes. The effort grew from an earlier process-mining pilot with Celonis and later moved into Uniper’s central IT Center of Excellence. Uniper also noted Celonis and Microsoft’s agreement to make Celonis process intelligence available in Microsoft Fabric.
