Uniper plans to relocate its Düsseldorf offices to Kennedydamm from 2030 after reviewing its long-term lease situation, since current agreements expire over the coming years. The project at New Heart on the Block will feature a ~120-meter vertical campus built to high sustainability and energy-efficiency standards, with about 1,800 workstations for roughly 2,900 employees to support hybrid work, collaboration, and focused work.
