Unilever Says No Major Job Losses Expected in Netherlands After Food Sale
Unilever expects no significant job cuts in the Netherlands after selling its food division to U.S.-based McCormick & Co. The unit employs about 1,000 people in the Netherlands, with Rotterdam as headquarters. CFO Srinivas Phatak said the new company will keep major infrastructure, including international HQ and Wageningen research, following the March €39 billion deal.
