Anvisa ordered Unilever to temporarily suspend manufacturing of some cleaning and home-care products at its Vinhedo plant in São Paulo after inspection findings of failures in good manufacturing practices. The stop targets liquid laundry detergents and fabric softeners under Omo, Brilhante, Comfort and Surf, while existing products are not recalled and other home-care lines remain approved for sale and use.
