UniCredit Backs €218M Financing for Greenvolt BESS Projects in Poland

UniCredit agreed a customised €218 million financing package for Greenvolt Power’s Elk and Turosn BESS projects in Poland, supporting project costs for around 400 MW of storage capacity. The deal includes a bridge facility and a guarantee facility, backing grid stability and Europe’s decarbonisation while extending UniCredit’s funding partnership with Greenvolt and KKR across CEE.
