United Natural Foods has joined the U.S. Food Waste Pact, a national voluntary agreement coordinated by ReFED and the World Wildlife Fund to reduce food waste across the supply chain. The collaboration brings producers and distributors together on data-driven solutions to improve resource efficiency and food recovery, aligning with UNFI’s goal of zero waste to landfills by 2030.
