UltraTech Cement shareholders at the AGM approved the audited consolidated financial statements for FY26 ended March 31, 2026, along with the Board and auditors’ reports, with over 99.7% voting in favour. The historic special dividend was approved with 99.99% support. Reappointment of Rajashree Birla and appointments of Vikram Bhalla and Jayant Dua—including as managing director—received strong backing, alongside reported FY26 revenue, EBITDA, profit and cash-flow growth.
