Ultimate Products said subdued consumer demand and geopolitical uncertainty are expected to continue into its new financial year. In the trading update to 31 July 2026, unaudited group revenues were £144.9m, down from £150.1m. Proprietary brand sales rose 5.3% to £128.4m, while adjusted EBITDA was £10.0m as gross margin fell to 22.6%. Restructuring costs were £760,000 and trading is expected to be similar to FY26.
