UK Government Says Fujitsu Won’t Use Framework Places to Chase New Customers
After scrutiny over Fujitsu’s role in the Post Office Horizon scandal, the UK Cabinet Office says Fujitsu has assured that its voluntary moratorium on bidding for new government customers applies to call-off opportunities created through its inclusion on an approved procurement framework. The inquiry links at least 13 suicides to Horizon experiences, while Fujitsu previously said a later land registry deal was secured before the moratorium.
