UCB Reaches U.S. Government Deal to Avoid Pharmaceutical Tariffs, Back Manufacturing
UCB said it has agreed with the U.S. government to continue supporting patient access to medicines without being subject to Section 232 pharmaceutical tariffs on current products, and without future pricing mandates. The deal is intended to enable investment in U.S. research, development and manufacturing, with an expected $5 billion economic impact and about 330+ permanent highly skilled jobs.
