UCB Investment Limited has completed a Tk800 crore fundraising for Jamuna Bank PLC via Subordinated Bond V. Proceeds will strengthen Jamuna Bank’s Tier II capital under Bangladesh Bank’s Revised Regulatory Capital Framework. UCB Investment acted as lead arranger, attracting banks and other investors. A closing ceremony was held at Jamuna Bank’s Dhaka head office with executives from both firms.
