Tyra Biosciences will share initial Phase 2 data for oral dabogratinib in intermediate-risk non-muscle invasive bladder cancer in September 2026, with additional results for dabogratinib in achondroplasia and low-grade upper tract urothelial carcinoma expected through 2027. The company says $353.9M in cash and securities funds operations to mid-2028. Uber COO Andrew Macdonald bought 70,000 shares, while quarterly revenue fell 12.9% to $293.12M.
