TUI River Cruise passengers accuse ships of broken air conditioning
Dozens of passengers accuse TUI River Cruises of operating vessels with persistently faulty facilities, including broken or ineffective air conditioning and plumbing problems, after paying thousands of pounds for European cruises such as Danube sailings. Complaints cite stifling onboard heat, poor cooling, and inadequate comfort. TUI says air-conditioning failures reflected unexpected technical issues and other challenges linked to low river water levels.
