TUI CEO credits AI-driven cost savings for Q3 results
Reporting third-quarter 2026 earnings, TUI CEO Sebastian Ebel said the announced results would not have happened without AI. He cited improved customer-service and production “yielding,” plus links to large language model search to reduce new-customer acquisition costs and boost conversion. Musement revenue rose to €308 million from €283 million. Ebel also discussed learnings from a €250 million cost-savings program aimed at a 60% overhead cut plus efficiency gains, noting some roles are barely needed anymore and an AI manager is required.
