TSMC Revenue Tops 75% From U.S. Customers as Arizona Fabs Expand
Washington is pushing for more advanced semiconductor production in the U.S., while critics note that making chips in Arizona costs more and is more cumbersome than in Taiwan. TSMC is increasingly tied to U.S. demand: over 75% of its revenue comes from customers headquartered in America. TSMC Arizona posted about NT$36.1bn (US$1.2bn) profit in the first half of 2026.
