TSMC strengthens transparent disclosure by publishing five updated sustainability theme reports in August 2026, covering materiality, climate and nature, human rights progress, sustainability impact valuation, and UN SDG actions. In July 2026 it also introduced anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, responsible AI, and migrant worker management policies, and amended its hazardous substance free policy.
