Tribunal dismisses bid to require Allstate pay beyond neuro assessment fee cap

The Licence Appeal Tribunal dismissed an application against Allstate Insurance Company of Canada over a disputed treatment plan for psychological and neuropsychological assessment services after a July 21, 2024 car accident. The applicant sought $4,598.44 beyond a $2,000 cap already approved for a March 12, 2025 plan proposing $6,000 for assessment components plus $598.44 to complete the plan. The adjudicator denied the additional $598.44 and found no interest owing.
