Trelleborg AB has agreed to buy M+R Dichtungstechnik in Germany and Cascade Gasket and Manufacturing Company in the US to expand its rubber and sealing businesses. M+R, focused on facade profile sealing in Central Europe, delivered just over SEK 85 million in 2025. Cascade, an Auburn, Washington aerospace sealing and fastening specialist, generated just over SEK 300 million in 2025 and serves major aircraft makers and the aftermarket.
