Treeline Biosciences announced a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement with Roche to study TLN-121, a BCL6 degrader, in patients with B-cell lymphomas. The study evaluates TLN-121 combined with Roche’s T-cell-engaging bispecific antibodies glofitamab and mosunetuzumab in separate combination cohorts, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).
