Tracsis has sold its Events Transport Planning & Management business to Connection Capital for £7.25m. The UK traffic management provider for major outdoor events and fixed venues reported circa £20.4m revenue and about £1.9m adjusted EBITDA for the year ended 31 July 2025. Tracsis said it will reduce net debt following the proposed Mistral Data acquisition and better align the group toward higher-margin software.
