Toyota recalls curtain shield airbag service parts for Tundra and Tacoma

Toyota has recalled certain curtain shield airbag (CSA) service parts used as replacements in some Tundra CrewMax and Double Cab vehicles (2014-2021) and some Tacomas (2016-2023). CSA parts produced Dec 2021-Dec 2025 and sold as replacements may not deploy properly, reducing occupant restraint performance and increasing injury risk in some crashes. About 4,100 parts are involved in the U.S.; owners will be notified and vehicles inspected at no cost for replacement.
