TotalEnergies CEO Patrick Pouyanné announced a $10 billion investment programme with partners at an Angola oil and gas conference to protect current production of about 450,000 barrels per day and develop new resources. The initiative, approved in 2024, will start in the Angolan Basin and includes Kaminho, using the company’s seventh FPSO. The total includes partners and may cover previously approved spending, with no breakdown of new capital or allocations disclosed.
