Topsoe to Provide FEED for Uniper NorthStarH2 E-Methanol Facility in Sweden

Topsoe has signed a contract with Uniper to deliver FEED for the NorthStarH2 e-methanol project in Östersund, Northern Sweden, using Topsoe’s ModuLite™ e-methanol technology with gas compression. The modular FEED is designed to speed commissioning as renewable power fluctuates. The facility is expected to produce about 115,000 tons annually, with FID expected in 2028.
