Deutsche Telekom’s second-quarter report shows T-Mobile US full-time headcount fell from 70,036 at the end of 2025 to 65,365 by the end of June, reflecting a workforce transformation that likely offsets takeover-related duplications. Deutsche Telekom also cut headcount overall, lowering its total by 6,283 (3.2%) to 191,796. The broader T-Mobile impact may be clearer in early 2027.
