Remote e-voting at Titan’s AGM ran July 23–26, 2026. Shareholders approved standalone and consolidated financials, declared a ₹15 per-share dividend with unanimous support, reappointed Vice-Chairman Noel N. Tata, and appointed IAS officer Dr. S Vijayakumar as a director. Votes for Noel’s reappointment were 97.36% in favour, with dissent at 2.64%, under the Tata Group’s retirement policy.
