Timken India Faces Rs 107.86 Crore Suit Over Distributor Agreement Termination

Artech International has filed a civil suit in the Calcutta High Court against Timken India contesting the termination of its distributor agreement, seeking about Rs 107.86 crore in damages. Timken India also reported Q4 FY2025-26 revenue from operations of INR 10,731 million, up 14.2%, and the first quarter to exceed INR 1,000 crores.
