Time Technoplast Limited signed an MoU with Systoverse Private Limited promoters to acquire a 76% stake on a net asset basis. Systoverse, based in Nardana MIDC, Dhule, makes ISI-certified HDPE pipes and sprinkler systems under the Systo brand. The deal does not require additional government or regulatory approvals, and the firm filed its SEBI Reg 74(5) compliance certificate for quarter ended Mar 31, 2026 with NSE and BSE.
