Ticketmaster Earns More Adjusted Operating Income Than Live Concerts in Q2

Live Nation reported Q2 revenue of $7.7 billion, including $6.44 billion from its concerts division. Concerts generated $309.6 million in adjusted operating income, while Ticketmaster produced $331 million on $852.2 million of revenue. Live Nation said concerts’ adjusted operating income fell 14% due to stadium show timing, pre-opening venue costs, and investment in new international festivals.
