Transportadora de Gas del Sur (TGS) has issued Performance Share Units and Restricted Share Units to 293 key employees, authorized by shareholders at its 29 April 2026 Annual General Meeting. PSUs vest on 17 August 2029 based on absolute and relative TSR and HSE and sustainability metrics. RSUs vest to deliver an equivalent number of common shares, with up to 1,900,000 new shares possible.
