Textron Aviation appointed Brian Rohloff president and CEO of the segment, effective Aug. 31, 2026, replacing Ron Draper, who will retire after more than 27 years. Rohloff, a long-time internal leader who most recently oversaw global aftermarket customer support, will succeed Draper as the business works to raise factory productivity and deliver on an $8bn backlog.
