Texas Supreme Court rejected Yelp’s request to review a decision that reinstated Attorney General Ken Paxton’s lawsuit over warning labels the site displayed on crisis pregnancy centers. Paxton alleges the labels violated Texas consumer-protection rules against deceptive business practices. Yelp said the notices were truthful and later updated them to state these centers do not offer abortions or referrals.
