Teva’s TEV-408 Meets Primary Endpoint in Phase IIa Celiac Study
Teva reported positive topline results from a Phase IIa gluten-challenge study of TEV-408, an anti-IL-15 antibody for celiac disease. After a single day-one dose, patients completed a six-week gluten challenge of 3 grams per day. Teva said TEV-408 met its primary endpoint, showing statistically significant effects on intestinal damage measures versus placebo, where cells increased.
