Teva Under Antitrust Scrutiny in Turkey Over Copaxone Claims
Turkish regulators are separately examining whether Teva created a potentially misleading picture for health authorities on the safety and effectiveness of rival medicines, Fierce Pharma reported. The report recalls a 2024 EU fine of €462.6M and earlier US False Claims Act allegations resolved by criminal and civil agreements.
