Teva Reports Positive Phase 2a Topline for Anti-IL-15 Celiac Program TEV '408
Teva announced positive topline Phase 2a results for TEV ‘408, an investigational anti-IL-15 monoclonal antibody in adults with celiac disease. In a randomized, placebo-controlled study of 50 participants, a single subcutaneous dose followed by a six-week daily gluten challenge showed prevention of gluten-induced intestinal damage, with a primary endpoint Vh:Cd LS mean change of -0.43 vs -0.88 for placebo (treatment difference 0.45, p<0.05).
