Terveystalo Healthcare completed its acquisition of Hohde Group on 4 September 2026 after approval from the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority subject to commitments. Terveystalo will sell its private dental care operations in Savonlinna, Mikkeli and Seinäjoki to Emal Hammaslääkärit Oy. The deal expands Terveystalo’s oral healthcare scale, consolidating Hohde from 4 September 2026.
