Terreno Realty announced two lease expansions and an extension totaling 87,000 square feet in Woodinville, Washington, with a designer and builder of data centers. The expansions begin Oct. 1, 2027 (37,000 sq ft) and Oct. 1, 2026 (23,000 sq ft) upon expiration of existing leases. A 27,000 sq ft lease was extended and all leases expire Dec. 2031.
