Tencent released a preview version of an open-source AI model for software engineering, research, and financial analysis on Aug. 28, 2026 via Hugging Face. The mixture-of-experts system has about 770B total parameters with ~49B active per request, aiming to keep compute per query lower while expanding model capacity. Tencent previously released Hy3 in full on July 6, 2026.
