Tencent expanded access to its Hy3 AI model for global developers, enterprises, and users by rolling it out through WorkBuddy, Tencent Design Miora, and TokenHub. Hy3 is free worldwide on WorkBuddy until August 31 after a launch last month. Tencent says Hy3 supports practical, scalable enterprise use, with API call volume up over 68-fold and leading early usage on OpenRouter.
